Shield of Favor

“For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” Psalm 5:12 KJV

In the morning singing, ‘You surround me with a shield of favor,’ then all day, people were being generous to me; allowed in line before a man, my dress complimented as I crossed the street, a friend doing a favor, hearing that another friend is okay – not lost, but moved out of the area. People were ‘passing it forward’ into the night.

It’s all Yours, God!  The food, clothing, shelter, transportation; meanwhile, the air and even ourselves.

On Fire For God

“But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil.” Psalm 92:10 (NKJV).

“Deliver yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter, and like a bird from the hand of the fowler.” Proverbs 6:5

“You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.” Psalm 91:13

Lord Father, You refresh my soul, You give me strength and Holy Spirit fire.  To You, O Lord, I thank all day long.  Glory to You.  I will follow You and obey You, in Jesus’ Name.

“And he went out to meet Asa, and said unto him, Hear ye me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin; The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.” 2 Chronicles 15:2.
