Provision

Jesus says, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you,” in Matthew 6:33.

“The Lord is the portion of my inheritance, and of my cup: You maintain my lot.  The lines are fallen to me in pleasant places; yes, I have a goodly heritage,” says David in Psalm 16:5-6.  “He will perfect that which concerns me,” says David in Psalm 138:8.

Philippians 4:19, “But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Jesus says, “But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life,” in Mark 10:30.

“Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,  Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” Eph 3:20-21.

“According as His divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue,” 2 Peter 1:3.

Envy

Hebrews 10:2, “Let’s consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works.”

Mark 15:9-10, “But Pilate answered them, saying, Will you that I release unto you the King of the Jews?  For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him for envy.”

Because of envy they plotted to kill Jesus.  Of course, God “makes all things beautiful in its time,” (Ecclesiastes 3:11) and good (Romans 8:28).  The cruxification was the Father’s plan for redemption for all the world.  The Pharisees played right into God’s hands.

There’s no competition.  When someone envies you because of your faith, blog, or anything, when what they see is only one side of your life, your heart, let them not resent you for it.  Let it catapult them to ask more from God, more understanding and compassion for both of you.  “Enlighten the eyes of your understanding,” Ephesians 1:18.

Ephesians 1:18, “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what [is] the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,”

Inheritance

“The wise shall inherit glory, but shame shall be the promotion of fools.” Proverbs 3:35

When the Israelites left Egypt out of bondage, many others came and joined with them, (regardless of nationality).

Exodus 2:5-10, “Pharoah’s daughter saw the child (Moses) in the basket and had compassion on him.”

We are sons of Abraham by faith (Galations 3:7)

*Dear Lord Father, help us to see You in all people, for You alone have made us.
