Hebrews 2:14-15, “Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”

Thank You Jesus!

“And they sang a new song, saying:

“You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,”

Revelation 5:9

Zealous For The Lord

1 Kings 19:14, “And he said, “have been very zealous for the Lord God of hosts; because the children of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, torn down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and they seek to take my life.’” Elijah responds to God’s question.

Are you receiving opposition, persecution for serving the Lord? God will guide you and tell you when to speak and when your job is finished. He is always faithful and works with you. Praise God!

“Will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life.” Mark 10:30 (NLT)

Why Are You Afraid of Jesus?

“But because I tell you the truth, you do not believe Me.” John 8:45

Institutions are quoting anyone besides Jesus

“Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”                                                                                                 John 6:54

“When you life up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught me, I speak these things.”            John 8:28

Todd White Notes

“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” Hebrews 13:16 (NIV)

Here are some notes from an explosive Todd White conference, Hallelujah!  Praise God.

God’s love produces faith

We need to go after Him with everything we are

Start fresh everytime you pray, not based on last results

Can’t embarrass a humble person

Kingdom thinking

1 John 3:8

Bring heaven everywhere you go

John 3:16

All of you is covered with all of Me

Fight for stuff – it’s a war

Acts 2:38

You’re empowered with Holy Ghost

It’s Who Ya Know

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”                           Jesus praying in John 17:3

“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,”              Philippians 3:10

Born Again

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.” 1 John 5:4 (NKJV)

Jesus says to Nicodemus in John 3

“Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.'” John 3:3

“Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ the wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:7-8

Asking a book dealer if a DVD titled, “Born Again,” was about what Jesus and Peter spoke of, he said it was a new product and gave me the brush off.  God is not fooled. No coincidence that I found new “Born” leather sandles in a 2nd hand store that day. Thank You Dad!

1 Peter 1:22-23, “Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,”

Friend, Farewell

“The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, destroy them.” Deuteronomy 33:27

“Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.” Psalm 92:13 (KJV)

They sang “Face to Face” at church the Sunday after I learned a friend passed away; they didn’t know, but God knew. How she cried for and served others!

Father God, You are our sweet consolation. Thou life doesn’t go like we planned and people leave, I know that we’ll see her again.  “Life or death I’m with the Lord!” In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” Jesus praying in John 17:3 (NKJV).

Seeking Your Glory

Proverbs 25:27, “It is not good to eat much honey; so to seek one’s own glory is not glory”

Dull ears, not hearing the call, not staying for the message, they are unphased, forcing a smile.  Need for someone to agree with them. Not looking inside whether they match God’s word.

Jesus says in John 8:50-51, “And I do not seek My own glory; there is One who seeks and judges. Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.”

“Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

Multitude of heavenly host to the country shepherds in Luke 2:14

Hari Kari Jesus

Jesus committed Hari Kari for the salvation of the people.

Luke 2:34-35 (KJV), “And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary His mother, behold, This Child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; (yeah, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”

“Caiaphas was the one who had advised the Jewish leaders that it would be good if one man died for the people.” John 18:14 (NIV).

When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.” Matt 25:31 (NIV).

Jesus to Pilate: “Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?” Matt 26:53 (NIV).”

“Born that man no more may die”

“Half here,”

my co-worker said the other day.  I am too.  Jesus also prayed, “I’m no longer in the world,” in the Garden before His crucifixion (John 17:11).

Paul says to live by faith.  I’m here in body, but seated in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6).

Absence in the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8).

Hebrews 13:14 (NLT), “For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come.”

I heard “be patient” in the Spirit today.  Could it be everything we see is false and everything invisible is real and eternal? (2 Corinthians 4:18).
