“Jesus is Your Husband”

A friend said: and the one who abused you was never your husband.

For your Maker is your husband,
The Lord of hosts is His name;
And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel;
He is called the God of the whole earth.”

Isaiah 54:5

“Therefore, behold, I will allure her,
Will bring her into the wilderness,
And speak comfort to her.”

Hosea 2:14

“Mary!”

Jesus called in John 20:16

Sunset Dream

“Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.” Matt 6:8

Prophetic dream about my nephew and his friends sitting on a couch in a cave facing a gorgeous sunset.  There was peace.

The sunset indicated an end of a season of interceding for him, lasting eight years, trusting God that he would be okay. (A self-declared atheist, he has recently returned to church).

Never give up hope or stop praying, God is able to save in spite of contrary circumstance; heard at church on Sunday.

Prophecy – New Beginning

A woman left an abusive husband.  She met, fell in love with and married a personal trainer.

“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”                                 Isaiah 43:18-19

Fulfilling the Law

“But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.'” Jesus in John 15:25

Matthew 3:14-15:

“And John tried to prevent Him, saying, ‘I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?’

“But Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.’ Then he allowed Him.”

Matthew 5:17-18:

“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.

“For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.”

“I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church, of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God…”                                                                 Colossians 1:24-25

You’re Cut Off

Prophetic dream: I step into an elevator, where a gray-haired, tired looking couple are standing. The elevator keeps going up and down, I look at the control panel and no floor numbers are lit.  I state to the couple, “you’re cut off!” and choose a floor number.

This reminds me of ‘taking a ride’ spiritually and going after God’s gifts, but not submitting to Him the Person.

“For evildoers shall be cut off; but those who wait on the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.” Psalm 37:9

May 30th, Oswald Chambers:

“Suppose God tells you to do something that is an enormous test of your common sense, totally going against it. What will you do? … Again and again you will come right up to what Jesus wants, but every time you will turn back at the true point of testing, until you are determined to abandon yourself to God in total surrender.”

Reminder – Prophecy

“I am Who I am” Exodus 3:14

When God tells you something, He means it and He’ll bring it to happen.

“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2

We should ignore the shame of what we’re going through also.

“I have overcome the world” John 16:33

 Jesus wins!

He will direct your steps (Prov 3:5-6)

Trust Him

“Your heavenly Father give(s) the Holy Spirit”  (Luke 11:10-13)

God provides

“Behold what manner of love the father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!”    1 John 3:1

God loves you

“Help is Coming Soon”

heard in my spirit a couple weeks ago.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you,

“Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'”
Isaiah 41:10

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” John 14:26

“Let not those who wait for You, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed because of me;

“Let not those who seek You be confounded because of me, O God of Israel.” Psalm 69:6

God’s Best

“For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and He ponders all his paths.

“His own iniquities entrap the wicked man, and he is caught in the cords of his sin.

“He shall die for lack of instruction, and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.”

Proverbs 5:21-23

“My son, pay attention to my wisdom; lend your ear to my understanding. That you may preserve discretion, and your lips may keep knowledge.”                               Proverbs 5:1-2

A Pastor friend gave advice, saying what’s ‘best’ to do.  They say God’s best is contrary to the world’s good.

“The best is yet to come,” heard in my spirit.

Let God fight for you, He’ll enjoy it

heard this in my spirit a couple weeks ago. God is always speaking.

Lord, help us to diligently  listen to Your voice.

“The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord laughs at him, for He sees that his day is coming.”             Psalm 37:12-13 (NKJV)

“The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:14

“….the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.”   1 Samuel 17:47

“O Israel, you are destroyed, but your help is from Me.”  Hosea 13:9

“For behold, the Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover her slain.” Isaiah 26:21

“Don’t Ever Doubt Me”

God told a friend.

Yikes, if He said this to us, it would be the end of our doubting, correct?

He dared not pray it aloud; that he wanted some manifestation of God being in charge,  what with his little brother dying at age 3 and other tragedies in his family’s life. But God knew his thoughts and answered him.

Then the Lord said to me, ‘You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.'”

Jeremiah 1:12 (NKJV)

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord God is with you wherever you go.”                        Joshua 1:9

“In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”         Jesus states in John 14:2
