Breadcrumbs

“Even the little dogs get the crumbs that fall from the table.

“Then Jesus answered her, ‘O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.’ And her daughter was healed from that very hour.”  Matt 15:27-28.

We get one clue at a time to follow God’s plan.  Sometimes it feels like Hansel & Gretel following breadcrumbs in the forest.  But Father God, we trust You though we don’t have the whole plan.  You Who began a good work in us is faithful to complete it!

Don’t Get Sidetracked

Jesus is coming soon.

Don’t get dissuaded because of the news or personal circumstances.  Stay on course.

“And behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” Revelation 22:12 (KJV).

“Seek justice, love mercy, walk humbly with our God” Micah 6:8.

Father, You have those who’ve submitted to You & gone before us.  They’re with You in Paradise.  Bless and comfort us who’ve lost loved ones. Empower us to walk in faith to serve You and others, in Jesus name.

Praise Alert

“Having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.” Ephesians 1:5 (KJV).

“In Whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him Who worketh all things after the counsel of His own will:” Ephesians 1:11.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11.

“Even every one that is called by My name: for I have created him for My glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.”  Isaiah 43:7.

Great praiseworthy news!  Baby Scott that we prayed for last year, who was born healthy despite doctors’ warnings, has robust lungs and heart.  He was cleared from monthly pulmonologist (in January) and cardiologist visits (two weeks ago) to only an annual heart check!! Praise You Lord Jesus!

You Can’t Make This Stuff Up!

“But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.” Jesus says in John 16:7 (NIV).

“But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.” 1 John 2:20 (KJV).

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” states Paul in Romans 1:17 (NKJV).

Lord Jesus, we honor You and worship You, we praise You and thank You, let us read Your word daily, believe it and obey it, sun up to sun down in Your Holy Name, Amen!

You’re glorified, magnified, we give You all the honor, power and glory, forever and ever!  We love You and need You.

Windex

“Except ye be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Jesus says in John 3:3 (KJV).

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people, and His incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength He exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.”   Ephesians 1:18-21 (NIV).

“He answered and said, “Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.”  John 9:25 (NKJV).

“Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law.”  Psalm 119:18 (NASB).

Help us to see You and trust You, King Jesus!

Preserve The Marriages

Please, dear Lord, preserve the marriages.  Pour down Your honey over them and keep them intact with Your stellar, holy covenant.

“And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’

“and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh?’

“So then, they are no longer two but one flesh.  Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate”                  Matthew 19:4-6 (NKJV).

“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her.”   Ephesians 5:25.

Healthy Fear

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10 (KJV).

“And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

“To keep the commandments of the Lord, and His statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?”           Deuteronomy 10:12-13.

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”        Ecclesiastes 12:13.

“The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.” Proverbs 14:27.

“And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.”      Job 28:28.

Dear Lord Father, let me turn from fear of man to awesome, reverent fear of You only.

Strong in Faith

1 Samuel 30:5-6 (KJV):

And David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.

And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.

If I don’t have faith in You, O God, I don’t have anything.  Father God, I need You to help me, I need to trust in Your goodness, when we’ve run out of goodness down here. You are faithful.
