Jesus Our High Priest

“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.”

Hebrews 4:14 BibleGateway

Dear Jesus, You are our high Priest forever. You say to love our neighbors. Love conquers hate. You destroyed the works of the devil. We bind and cast out the sick spirit of hate from our nations, in Your Precious Name, Lord. We obey You joyfully in all Your commands.

Last presidential election, a man said he wanted to vomit because of who was elected.  This is sick hatred, as is murder of innocent bystanders and targeted public servants.

Recently, I attended a prayer meeting where there was a false teacher.  Also, another attendee shared with me a popular Prophet’s teaching, seemingly unaware it contradicts the Bible.  We know that an honest Prophet will only say what He hears from the Lord God.

1 John 3:8, “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning.  For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”

“But Jesus rebuked him, saying, ‘Be quiet, and come out of him!'”               Mark 1:25

Pray About Everything

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

Philippians 4:6

I was talking with someone and said the above, then later realized it’s in the Bible. Jesus gives us the victory.

“Who is she who looks forth as the morning, clear as the sun, awesome as an army with banners?” Song 6:10

Jesus In The Boat

Luke 5:3-7

“Then He got into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.

‘When He had stopped speaking, He said,Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.’

“5 But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.”

BibleGateway Jesus is right there in the superabundance of His grace. I usually picture these verses with just Peter and his friends, but Jesus didn’t go anywhere. He’s with us in the storm and in the joy.

Remember Who You Are

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” 1 Peter 2:9 (NIV) BibleHub

“Who are you?”  the Lord asked Pastor Heidi Baker, shared on April 4, 2020, “Hope of The Nations”

“We are His church, His bride” she answers

Earlier in the year, I was asked this a few times when I finally answered, “I’m a daughter of the Most High God, bought with His blood.” When Pastor Heidi said many of us are being asked, then I was sure it was the Lord, it gave me confidence. We need to build each other up, share our prophecies, be strong together and not be swayed by what’s in the news.

“Remember who you are”  I heard last week in a dream

“And you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s.”

1 Corinthians 3:23

We’re Cool

Seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6)

Children of God (John 1:12)

We are one in Christ (Romans 12:5)

Blessed are those who do the will of My Father

Luke 11:28

We love one another, worship together, pray with each other, learn from each other, we see each other knowing we’re from different walks in life, different countries, different financial status. Our families lived through riots, injustice, sin; Now:

New in Jesus Christ, new man / woman.

“Write About Them”

“With God all things are possible.”  Matt 19:26

“I want you to write about them” heard in my spirit.

Soaking in the Lord’s Presence, recompensing, enveloping me, “woman, you are loosed.”  Luke 13:12, total healing, such joy, remembering miracles, abundance.   Us bloggers are doing this, testifying God’s love.

“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.”

Psalm 96:3

Kingdom of Heaven

Matthew 13:47-51 (NASB) BibleHub

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet cast into the sea, and gathering fish of every kind; and when it was filled, they drew it up on the beach; and they sat down and gathered the good fish into containers, but the bad they threw away.

“So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

“Have you understood all these things?” They said to Him, “Yes.”

This reminds me of the news, there’s every topic and every opinion, but there’s only one truth and one Door.

“I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.”                                  John 10:9

Preach It, Sister

“Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord.”  John 20:18

Imagine the joy welling up inside her after Jesus‘ words came true; He was raised 3 days after dying?

Walked by a surprise meeting on the street, when I heard my Lord’s name mentioned: a woman prayed for sight for a man named David, next to his wife.  I agreed with them and worshipped God, too.

The woman stated she asked Father God to lead her to the right street and this is why, because of their chance encounter!  Praise the Lord! Let us all be ready to bring God’s glory to earth with miracles and signs.

Black and White Faith

“They feared the Lord, yet served their own gods-according to the rituals of the nations from among whom they were carried away.”

2 Kings 17:33

My unbelieving cousin was displeased years ago when I explained my faith is black and white, that I whole-heartedly believe in God and everything in the Bible.

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.

“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Jesus in John 10:1

On Friday’s prayer teleconference, a friend prayed fervently for the unbelievers in our lives;  that we would remember how we were in darkness and that we’d have compassion for them and pray with love for them to know God.

Father God, we stand with You, trust and love You, You love us so much and You want everyone to come to You and believe in You and have abundant everlasting life.  We lift up the unbelievers in our lives, too and pray for light and love in their lives, that the scales be removed from their eyes and a new reawakening of Your goodness and glory, in Jesus’ name, amen.
