My son forsook his chemical engineering career so he could stay home with Mom & babies. He receives excellent pay at his job that enables him to be home by 1 pm.

“By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.” Proverbs 22:4.
“And when He had called unto Him His twelve disciples, He gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. Verse 1.
“And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received freely give.” Verses 7-8.

“After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before His face into every city and place, whither He Himself would come. 10:1

Heard this in my spirit often recently. A thought that trumps some lesser than true meanderings.
- God is pure: “Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him.” Proverbs 30:5 (KJV).
- God is truth: “Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of Thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” Psalms 119:160.
- God is love: “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:8, reveals Apostle John.
God is holy: “For He that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is His name.” Luke 1:49, prays Mary.
Myself and a close friend each recently failed our individual tests. Why? Were we ill-prepared, too distracted? Have too many fires burning?
It’s a chance to recalculate our goals and intentions, and move forward in a more confident way.
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV).
“Your word is lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105 (NKJV).
“The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.” Job 17:9 (KJV).
“And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
- of sin, because they do not believe in Me;
- of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;
- of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.” declares Jesus in John 16:8-11 and 13-14 (NKJV).
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you”
says Jesus in John 14:26.

“Breathe upon these slain, that they may live.” Ezekiel 37:9 (KJV).
Bless You Lord Father, for giving us peace in due season. We look to You and are amazed at Your renewing love.
My husband jumped out of the way of a rolling, burning ember when he opened the wood stove door. Are we dodging bullets so to speak or are we aligned with God’s future and will for our lives?
“For God is a consuming fire” Hebrews 12:29.
“Thou He slay me, yet I will trust in Him: but I will maintain mine own ways before Him.” Job 13:15 (KJV).
“I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:” Isaiah 45:2 (KJV).
“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in Thy presence is fullness of joy; at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalm 16:11 (KJV).
The electricity flow was interrupted on 20 crock pots during the church’s soup fundraiser. No excuse would cover the lack of Holy Spirit flow though or the omission of prayer.
Romans 1:20 (NIV): For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
Matt 22:29 (KJV), “Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.“
We helped change a couple’s flat tire last Sunday night and were honored to pray with them, also.
Have you ever had a dream of having a puncture like I have? Signifing a draught in the Holy Spirit, a desert of sorts?
