More than the nutrition label, the actual ingredients matter. People may get more out of eating whole foods and less preservatives and salt.
Same with our hearts’ character.

Our Sunday sermon touched on Jesus meeting with Martha and Mary and raising Lazarus from the grave. What moments of interaction with the Lord Jesus Christ! Many of us wonder would we know Jesus as Lord and Master if we were alive back then? But the whole thing now is to believe in our hearts totally without having seen Him.

After seeing a wall in a Vineyard sanctuary devoted to Answered Prayers, we made one wall of the bedroom devoted to God’s answered prayers in our lives! At the Vineyard, anyone can add an answered prayer with the paper and pen nearby.
Ours is a white board, entitled, “GOD Answers Prayer,” encircled with cork to which we pin notes of thanks and praise about answered prayer.
“And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us: And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.” 1 John 5:14-15 (KJV).

Are we focused on our works & achievements and denying the work of the cross? making Christ’s cross of no effect (1 Corinthians 1:17)?
Be in the world, not of the world (John 17:11). “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” James 4:4 (KJV).
Have we surrendered to God and admitted our sin, so that He can heal us (James 5:16)?
