He’ll Find You

It doesn’t matter what religion you call yourself, when God finds you, you’ll never be the same.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.” Jesus says in John 15:16 (NKJV)

“And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.” John 12:32

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.  All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” Luke 10:21-22

“What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.” Luke 15:4-7

“I have gone astray like a lost sheep;
Seek Your servant,
For I do not forget Your commandments.” Ps 119:176

Power in the Name of Jesus

As we sang this song, God spoke through a prophet:

  • You have to believe it!
  • Stand on it!
  • Act like it!
  • You’re My representatives.  The enemy can be defeated if you stand on it.

Praise God, thank You Father for giving us hope and strength.  Yes, our faith waivers, but we are strong and mighty in faith knowing that You Who promised good works is faithful to complete them (Eph 2:10, Phil 1:6). In Jesus’ Name.

Romans 1:16 (NKJV), “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.”

Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

Thank you Samer Daboul for the awesome picture!

1 Corinthians 2:5 (KJV), “That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”

“Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.” Matt 26:64

‘I Am Not Afraid’ – Prophetic Dream

A sister in Christ shared this prophetic dream: share it!

An old man asked to hold her hand to cross the street.  She did, then she was in his car.  The grip on her hand was too tight.  He said to her, “Are you afraid?”

She answered, “No, I’m not afraid because I’m covered by the blood of Jesus, the Lamb. And no weapon formed against me shall prosper (See Isaiah 54:17).”

The man immediately shriveled up.

The Lord also gave her Psalms 1 and 2 to read.  The enemies will be scattered. Psalm 2:7, “You are My son, I brought you forth.”

*This is a Head up!  Be strong in the Lord, don’t be afraid or deceived, wherever you go for the Lord, He will protect you, His blood over you and His word are powerful. Praise God!

Isaiah 54:17, (The Message), “but no weapon that can hurt you has ever been forged.  Any accuser who takes you to court
will be dismissed as a liar. This is what God’s servants can expect.
I’ll see to it that everything works out for the best.
        God’s Decree.”

Friend, Farewell

“The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, destroy them.” Deuteronomy 33:27

“Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.” Psalm 92:13 (KJV)

They sang “Face to Face” at church the Sunday after I learned a friend passed away; they didn’t know, but God knew. How she cried for and served others!

Father God, You are our sweet consolation. Thou life doesn’t go like we planned and people leave, I know that we’ll see her again.  “Life or death I’m with the Lord!” In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” Jesus praying in John 17:3 (NKJV).

Loves His Own Soul – Boundaries

Proverbs 19:8,16, “He who gets wisdom loves his own soulhe who keeps understanding will find good.”

He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, But he who is careless of his ways will die.”

God stresses our care of our souls because it’s the part of us that is eternal. When our bodies die, our soul goes either to Lord Jesus for eternal life or to eternal death sans God. We can choose.

Like the cold of snow in time of harvest is a faithful messenger to those who send him, for he refreshes the soul of his masters.” Proverbs 25:13

Do you not fear Me?’ says the Lord‘Will you not tremble at My presence, Who have placed the sand as the bound of the seaby a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass beyond it? And though its waves toss to and fro, yet they cannot prevail; though they roar, yet they cannot pass over it.” Jeremiah 5:22

“You set a boundary they cannot cross; never again will they cover the earth.” Psalm 104:9 (NIV)

Peaceable Righteousness

“Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?

“For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness.

“Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”   Hebrews 12:9-11 (NKJV)

Praying for every person on earth to have this ‘peaceable fruit of righteousness’ in your hearts, to be partakers, recipients of His holiness, to be filled with the knowledge of God, His Kingdom and dominion and with His Holy Spirit.  To have hope in His goodness through trials and gladness, in Jesus’ name.

God Wants You to be Free

Galatians 5:1, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.”

There’s no question about it.  Jesus came and died for your sins to be forgiven and give freedom and abundant, eternal life.  Align your thoughts to King Jesus and your body will follow.

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5 (NIV).

Happy Independence Day America! Our country is based on freedom – read it and live it.

Double Portion

Isaiah 61:7 (NKJV), “Instead of shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion.  Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be theirs.”

Praise God, I receive it!  Do you all? Ahh the Haas avocado seed took a month later than the other avocado seed to sprout.  Surprisingly, it sprouted two stems on the one same root!

Job 42:10, “And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends.  Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.”

Zechariah 9:12, “Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope.  Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.”

Elisha to Elijah in 2 Kings 2:9, “Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” In verse 10, Elijah replies that only if Elisha sees Elijah be taken from him will he receive the double portion.  In verse 12 “And Elisha saw it and he cried out, ‘My father, may father, the chariot of Israel and its horsemen.'”

Out of the House of Slavery

Deuteronomy 5:6, “I am the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.”

This verse knocked my socks off when it was preached a few weeks ago, it has many implications.  God’s freed us from all types of bondage.  Gulp, He did it.  Thank You Daddy God.  Freed us from darkness, from being a slave to sin.

Genesis 18:14 (KJV), “Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”

Galatians 5:1 (NIV), “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

Isaiah 61:1 (NIV), “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners.”

Let Jesus Be Your Role Model

“He who gives to the poor will not lack, but he who hides his eyes will have many curses.” Proverbs 28:27 (NKJV)

“Give to everyone who asks of you.  And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.

“And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.” Jesus says in Luke 6:30-31.

“Then He brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them.  But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.

“Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will be no means enter it.’ And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them.” Mark 10:13-16
