Loving Father, give us 20 / 20 vision as that year approaches. You give true meaning because all life is Yours, all time is Yours. I trust You. So many other voices claiming to be right (Mark 4:18-19). I delight in Your way. Your way is Peace.
“But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all His prophets, that Christ should suffer, he Hath so fulfilled,” Acts 3:18.
“But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.“Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.” Acts 7:55-56.
“[Peter] He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance.He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds.” Acts 10:10-12 (NIV).
1 Chronicles 21:16, “And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the LORD stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.”

Revelation 22:1, “And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.”

Oh Lord, let us not soften our minds with drugs & alcohol, pacified with lies. Give us Your truth, Peace, hope, space, and timing. Don’t let us dull our minds, cowering from life, but give us brave hearts, clear thinking, strong trust in You, Lord God.
You are “the Way,
the Life!” (John 14:6)

“For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always.” Says Jesus in Mark 14:7
My son always said, it’s not whether the man holding the cup for change is right or wrong, it’s what you do about him.
Heavenly Father, Who watches all our hearts, help us see the needy with Your eyes and do what’s right, and not treat others with criticism or contempt, in Jesus’ name.
