“The earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein.” Psalm 24:1
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do so.” Proverbs 3:27
“Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name. 14 “But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.” 1 Chronicles 29:13-14, David’s prayer
Lord Father, we give thanks to You, for providing our homes, businesses and paychecks in Jesus’ name.
A good pastor friend told me once I had to learn confrontation. It was so biblical and he was right.
“More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Jesus in Luke 11:28
“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” Paul in Colossians 3:16 (NIV)
It makes me feel bad for the Pastor who wanted to be well liked and never corrected anyone. The congregation suffered from devil worship and alcoholism.
“Dear brothers and sisters, not many of you should become teachers in the church, for we who teach will be judged more strictly.” James 3:1 (NLT)
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Jesus in John 3:16
Jesus Christ the only son of God, Praise You, Lord Jesus for all You’ve done for us, who are Your children, Your friends. “It is finished,” You said. Forever & ever Your work is complete, and You are seated on the throne in Heaven next to the Father. Amen.
We are hurting for You, Lord, when people use Your name in vain and ignore who You are.
“When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said,“It is finished.”Then bowing his head, he gave up his spirit.” John 19:30 (KJV)
“And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven?” Jesus in Luke 16:11 (NLV)
“But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
The words, satisfied and content, kept coming up in my heart one day, maybe reading Psalm 119, 125 and 138 encouraged me.
“Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! 9 For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.” Psalm 107:8-9 (KJV)
Visions, Revelations and Messages In this revelation the Lord said to me, “your want for the presence of God must turn to desire.” Desire is deeper than want. Earnest heartfelt desire is what produces result and that desire is hunger and thirst. And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water…
**See Laura Bon’s blogs and the prophecies from the Lord. This is one more that really touched me. 1 Peter 4:10 (NLT), “God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.”
Huh? Why would God say this? Are we called to go where Jesus’ Presence is and not be distracted from His calling?
Luke 7:11-16 (BibleGateway):
“Now it happened, the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. 12 And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. 13 When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.”14 Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to you,arise.”15 So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.
16 Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, “A great prophet has risen up among us”; and, “God has visited His people.”
“Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, ‘Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.’” Luke 11:1
“[Jesus] Saying, ‘Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Luke 22:42
“Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those whowill believe in Me through their word;21 that they all may be one, asYou, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.” John 17:20-21
