“There’s power in the blood of Jesus,” a friend at church mentioned this song when her brother’s health was failing. Knowing how many people he brought to Jesus, she said though he may die prematurely, he served the Lord.

What are you sacrificing this season until Resurrection Sunday? I’d like to sacrificing being right! We don’t celebrate lent per se but want to be in fellowship with the Lord Jesus for His suffering for us.
“Now it was about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. Then the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in two. And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, ‘Father,into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ Having said this, He breathed His last.” Luke 23:44-46 (NKJV).
“God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” Jesus says in John 4:24 (NKJV).

I first visited Catch the Fire in Virginia Beach, Virginia February 2012, where God healed me of arthritis. This testimony was recorded shortly before the conference. A new start a new level in God’s presence!
James 1:1-3 (NIV), “James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, To the twelve tribes scattered among the nations: Greetings.
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”
Jesus says, “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, andhave neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.” Matthew 23:23 (NKJV).

O Lord? May we never be ashamed, but come to You with our hearts wide open, turning away from our sin and knowing Your love.

Does anyone else see these Bible verses and say what was I so worried about?
