Our Soul Has Escaped

Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers;
The snare is broken, and we have escaped.
Our help is in the name of the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.”

Psalm 124:7-8

“If we’ll just learn to worship God even during the difficult circumstances, He will change them for the better very quickly if He so chooses.”

Oswald Chambers, December 18, My Utmost

“Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.” Psalm 91:3 (KJV)

“Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.” Psalm 141:10 (KJV)

Since every person is redeemable through Jesus Christ, you can always attribute this prayer as to the wicked spirits of Satan. Praise God!

“Let It Be Dark?”

“Isn’t it supposed to be, ‘Let there be light?’ Don’t be so negative.” a friend quipped back to a minister.

And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.”

John 3:19-20

A Bible teacher said it’s time now for the Bride to make ready for Christ’s second coming. Stay focused on the Lord. And let go of those who are perishing.

“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.”                                                                            Ephesians 5:8

“Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.”                       Ephesians 6:16

Tried & True Faith

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

“Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.”

Philippians 4:13, 20

“As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.”                                      Psalm 18:30 (KJV)

God’s permissive will is the testing He uses to reveal His true sons & daughters…Put up a glorious fight and you will find yourself empowered with His strength.”

Oswald Chambers, Dec 16th, My Utmost.

Today I’ll Make a Difference

Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15-16 (NIV)

Max Lucado’s God is With You Every Day, January 2:

A person is the product of his thoughts. I will be grateful…I will get up. I will rise again.

“But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.”  Psalm 92:10 (KJV)

Born For Such a Time As This – JP Jackson

Esther 4:14, “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

Early last year I rewatched the above-mentioned vid from the late, great prophet, John Paul Jackson – below are some notes. He humbly prayed for my friend’s back injury once, during a break in a conference.

Generation: God saved the best of every bloodline till now.  Don’t make light of your purpose. You cannot fail.  The key isn’t to know it, but to do it with relationship to God. He will help you in every way if you just believe.

*Above the line thinking. Influence & abilities & responsibilities toward others are accounted as righteousness; as to Abraham (Romans 4:22)

*Advancement of God’s kingdom by destruction of evil in all its forms and for you to reach your created purpose. Jeremiah 29:11, for a future (destiny, purpose). Think on things that are good and that you believe Him for.

*Phil 4:8, Above the line thinking. Only believe what God says about you. (2 Corinthians 10:5-6, cast down arguments in mind (pull down mental strongholds) battle is for the mind.

Matthew 22:37                                                Luke 12:29

2 Timothy 1:7                                 Proverbs 23:7                                Prov 16:3

Could take 3-5 years to reap in your spirit.  So sow to the Spirit, reap of the Spirit (Gal 6:8). Mark 11:21-26, Have faith in God, he’ll have whatever he says.

Let No One Deceive You

“And take heed that no one deceives you.”

“For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”  Mark 13:5, 22

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,”    Ephesians 1:7-9

The late David Wilkerson said the Jezebel spirit is false teaching. Revelation 2:20.  Formerly I believed it was a super controlling spirit in a person.  A false teacher is worse because people may believe them without comparing their words with the Bible.  Make the choice now who to follow, when we die we cannot choose.

Bummer, still Pastors are on their thrones, prideful: embarrassing those who disagree with them; gossiping, sharing information in the guise of compassion; making up scripture to fit how they objectify their wives and then denying it.

Break our hearts, God, for what breaks Yours.

Todd White Notes

“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” Hebrews 13:16 (NIV)

Here are some notes from an explosive Todd White conference, Hallelujah!  Praise God.

God’s love produces faith

We need to go after Him with everything we are

Start fresh everytime you pray, not based on last results

Can’t embarrass a humble person

Kingdom thinking

1 John 3:8

Bring heaven everywhere you go

John 3:16

All of you is covered with all of Me

Fight for stuff – it’s a war

Acts 2:38

You’re empowered with Holy Ghost

I Appreciate You

This phrase was passed between myself and others 3 times in 2 days. Is this how God thinks toward us? How nice to hear this from another! It’s year end and we take stock of last year, the joys and sorrows.  We look forward to tomorrow.

“Thus far the Lord has helped us.”  1 Samuel 7:12

“[I] do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:” Ephesians 1:16

“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy,”      Philippians 1:3-4

In a Garden

Jesus was arrested:

“When Jesus had spoken these words, He went out with His disciples over the Brook Kidron, where was a garden, which He and His disciples entered… Then the detachment of troops and the captain and the officers of the Jews arrested Jesus and bound Him.” John 18:1, 12

God will comfort you:

“For the Lord will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places;
He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody.”  Isaiah 51:3

We receive work:

“Then the Lord God took [a]the man and put him in the garden of Eden to [b]tend and keep it.”   Genesis 2:15

We receive paradise:

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.”                Revelation 22:2-3
