“Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that we are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.” 1 Peter 3:9 (KJV).
“A wise servant shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.” Proverbs 17:2 (KJV).
“But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:44-45.
I was especially blessed to talk with my granddaughter on this topic regarding her classmate. Thank You Lord God!
And David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.
And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.
If I don’t have faith in You, O God, I don’t have anything. Father God, I need You to help me, I need to trust in Your goodness, when we’ve run out of goodness down here. You are faithful.
‘Read one chapter a day’, reads my son’s handwritten note. Today we’re on Chapter 18. Last year a prophet friend admonished my husband to read Proverbs. One minister advises to read through Proverbs while repenting from each mention of evil and foolish behavior and thanking the Father for each blessing. Patricia Bootsma says to “read a Proverb a day to keep the doctor away.” (Growing in the Prophetic, 24 Jun 2016, youtube).

The Lord spoke this to my spirit when my keys were lost at the beach in 2016!
Two women recovered them and I was able to go along my planned day without disruption. But looking at things from another angle is priceless advice. Time and time again, the words return to me and I always know that there is an answer to any problem especially in God’s word.

But what’s really going on is: God wants us in tune to His voice and spiritually in shape.
“My sheep hear My voice” Jesus says in John 10:27.
“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14.
Dear Heavenly Father, we repent of our hard-heartedness and spiritual deafness. We seek Your face, Your word O Lord. Your ways are higher and Your word is higher. Thank You for enclosing us in Your loving arms and cleansing us from all sin, and giving us discernment.
“Jesus answered,“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NIV).
In John 2:7-10 (NIV) turning water into wine at the wedding!:
Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.
Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”
They did so,and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom asideand said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.
