|Samaritan’s Purse staff and disaster relief units rolled out to coastal North Carolina on Saturday, even as Florence continued to pour torrential rains onto already devastated communities.
In the hard-hit town of New Bern, North Carolina, our staff and volunteers have begun work cleaning and repairing damaged homes.
We’re also in Jacksonville and headed to Wilmington where teams will soon begin clearing debris and mudding out flooded houses in Jesus’ Name.
We praise God for each person that has already signed up to help us with this response. Many homeowners along the North Carolina coast are facing devastating losses, and they need our help. Most importantly, they need to know that God loves them and hasn’t forgotten them.
