I’ll Not Forsake You, My Children

“You shall not be forgotten,” Isaiah 44:21

“A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.” Psalm 68:5.

“No, I will not abandon you as orphans–I will come to you,” Jesus says in John 14:18 (NLT).

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” 1 John 3:1 (NIV).

Romans 8:15 (AMP), “For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading again to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry, “Abba! Father!”

“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” Deuteronomy 31:6.

The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us,” 1 Kings 8:57.

Psalm 27:9-10, “Hide not Thy face far from me; put not Thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.”

“And he went out to meet Asa, and said unto him, Hear ye me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin; The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.” 2 Chronicles 15:2.
