“It’s a Sin,” she joked,

unwittingly speaking truth aloud when what happened was covered up.  But having the power to do good and not do it is a sin (Proverbs 3:27-32, James 4:17).

A brother in the Lord admonishes us “to expose sin” Ephesians 5:11.

Jesus states in Luke 19:40, “even the rocks will cry out,” if the children are quieted from speaking the truth in praising Him.  And the prophet Habakkuk in 2:11, says the stones of the wall will cry out,” about the evil done there.

“The complacency of fools will destroy them,” says Proverbs 1:32.  And “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil,” in Proverbs 5:20.

Though “evil will slay the wicked,” (Psalm 34); Jesus died for the worst sinner says Romans 5:6, “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.”

God is in control, no matter what steps families debate on and what doctors do – timing is the Lord’s.

O God, grant our enemies the same openness, forgiveness & Love that You gave us when we were in darkness & did evil things, unknowingly hurting You.
