Nehemiah 4:4, “Hear, O our God; for we are despised: and turn their reproach upon their own head, and give them for a prey in the land of captivity:”
Deuteronomy 4:24, “For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.” (This came up in Bible Study Thursday night and in the Spirit Thur morning.) Burn off the chaff, O God (them and me) and purify us.
“The Lord will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleansethe bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire,” Isaiah 4:4.
“You are of God little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that’s in the world,” 1 John 4:4.
“He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live,” Proverbs 4:4.
“But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God,” said Jesus in Matt 4:4.
