Hebrews 10:2, “Let’s consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works.”
Mark 15:9-10, “But Pilate answered them, saying, Will you that I release unto you the King of the Jews? For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him for envy.”
Because of envy they plotted to kill Jesus. Of course, God “makes all things beautiful in its time,” (Ecclesiastes 3:11) and good (Romans 8:28). The cruxification was the Father’s plan for redemption for all the world. The Pharisees played right into God’s hands.
There’s no competition. When someone envies you because of your faith, blog, or anything, when what they see is only one side of your life, your heart, let them not resent you for it. Let it catapult them to ask more from God, more understanding and compassion for both of you. “Enlighten the eyes of your understanding,” Ephesians 1:18.
Ephesians 1:18, “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what [is] the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,”
